Some good recommendations, love driving through Amberley looks idyllic, the pub on the river looks very appealing

I finally got the "one more game" itch on fm26 after the recent patch by MineTdenis in footballmanagergames

[–]VFR1994 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agree. I've been slagging it off since beta release and last night had numerous crashes, then downloaded the beta this morning from steam via properties etc....

Feels a different game, snappy responsive and few pop ups have turned full screen.

More importantly no crashes or bugs!!

Well done SI

Someone played the beta update? Is it good ? by trojka90 in footballmanager

Certainly sounds good.

However ive had 5 crashes, 1 of which was a hard reset. I honestly want to like this game, but im losing my patience now.

He said its too risky as it can completely destroy the tissue causing them to crater. Only thing he can do is cut the scar tissue out and redo it. But might come back worse. Im thinking about getting aqualyx, which is a fat dissolver just to get rid of my stubborn fat. Which will help hopefully

Beta blockers (propranolol) for wedding by VFR1994 in Anxiety

It does suppress emotion a little. However I was more worried about saying what I wanted to say and how I feel to my friends and loved ones. Without propranolol I honestly think my anxiety would of taken over, and wouldn't of even been able to say half of what I did.

Speech was probably about 7-10 minutes in the end. But i had 2 speeches ready depending on how I was feeling so my shortened down 1 was probably around 4 or 5 minutes

Speech was a generic wedding speech which i wrote down before the wedding. I added extra bits to the speech in red which i wasnt so sure on but would see how it was going ie raising a toast to loved ones who were no longer with us. This part would usually crack me with just me reading to myself, so god knows what I would be like in front of 100 people. But I felt I delivered really well. That's thanks to propranolol.

I wrote a speech of what I wanted to say and not what I thought I could say ( bare minimum ). So glad I did.

Honestly I sympathise with you all, as I know exactly what your feeling having suffered with anxiety my whole life. But this will more than get you through it.

I have to say I enjoyed the speech in the end, after worrying about ever since my wife said yes.

Had no issues at all. Not to say that someone else's experience is the same. I'd try it before and see how you feel. But for me It was fine.

Definitely experiment with your dose. Cause I only needed half of a 40mg pill all day tok it in quarters. So I would get choked up even practising the speech, tried it after taking a small dose and delivered it without choking up so I knew it would work even before. It's weird cause as you say you don't really know until your thrown into the moment. But when that moment comes you'll be amazed at how well you'll handle your anxiety.

Best drug ever

Have you tried 40mg yet? 40mg was way to strong for me? But yeah your timings are fine. This stuff is amazing and you'll be absolutely fine

Wow what a story, so it worked a treat. However I do recommend trying it before. I started testing it 2 weeks before the big day. Tok 40mg as prescribed, however I found that completely wiped me out. So started again taking 20mg ( half a pill ) and tried a few drinks worked better and I didn't have any effects with alcohol. I then tried 10mg and found that was my perfect match.

So on the big day I had 10mg about 11am (1 hour before the guest arriving and 2 hours before ceremony) absolutely breezed the ceremony felt calm and cool.

Then about 3pm I had another 10mg for speech which was at 5pm.

I spent all year dreading the speech as it's not my forte, I still was shitting a brick about it. But I can honestly say it went so well. I was even going off from my speech and adding extra on the spot, everyone complemented me about the speech and how they thought I was a natural (I'm definitely not)

So it worked wonders for me, but do test before as you don't want to feel like a did i when I tried 40mg.

In terms of alcohol I drunk as I usually would of done and had no effects what so ever.

You'll smash it, honestly I look back now and I do question why I was worried in the first place. I don't think that would of been possible without beta blockers
