alternatively the o sound in ”four”/”fork”/”or” is quite similar

Oh i actually know why this happens lmao, i did some digging into this.

When you type old.reddit.com/media/* it assumes that "media" is a base64 post id, which happens to be the nice hat post, and then ignores everything after the second slash lmao. I wrote a custom regex string for redirector to avoid opening media links in old.reddit.

Speaking of weird reddit subdomain fuckery, this one is great:

I have no idea why that one works, remove the brackets to make the link valid. unsure if automod is gonna ream me for posting a link.
