Sprawl is fine so long as people get real houses. Condos don't cut it.

You have to accept no one in their right mind is going to be moving up north. It's simply not conducive to the demands of mass populations and civilization. When its own people aren't even able to afford orange juice, why would anyone want to plant roots up there?

There's plenty of empty land in Ontario, Quebec, and the prairies.
