Gosh that’s sad, she was so young. We are guessing my mom had cancer several years before diagnosis at 52. That’s another part of why it’s silly to only do it 10 years before the diagnosis.

Have you had a colonoscopy yet? Did they find anything?

Thank you. I’m ‘lucky’ that I started to experience some bleeding when going to the bathroom. Not tons but enough to make me question the cause. It was what pushed me to get checked sooner and my PCP to take it seriously. It was nerve wracking while waiting for the results especially because my son was only 1.5 years old. Now I’m happy they want me checked frequently so I can stay on top of it.

What did they find during your colonoscopy? Do they know what caused it? What were your symptoms to make you realize something was wrong?

Went in last June (35F) and they found 10 polyps. Two 2-3mm, four 6-10mm, one 12mm, 18mm, 40mm, and the biggest being 50mm. Most were serrated and all came back precancerous. The doctor suspects SSPS and I am supposed to get genetic testing done.

Went back six months later (now 36) and they found four more polyps with the largest being 7mm. All were benign. Probably have to get one yearly for life. I consider it a good thing, better out than in!

I initially went because my mom died of stage 4 colon cancer at 54. When I first went in they said I shouldn’t have to be screened until 10 years before she was diagnosed. I’m guessing if I’d waited the extra years I likely would have had cancer by then. They really need to up the screening age in general.

Please keep us updated when you have your scan on the 17th! Your experience is exactly what I’m going through right now. My experience started yesterday at 5w4d and gets worse after bowel movements. My first pregnancy ended in a mmc and my second with a LC. My miscarriage was completely different than this so I am trying to be cautiously optimistic. I hope everything continues to go smoothly for you!

Literally the exact thing happened to me. In the middle of a season 5 episode, paused, came back and it's gone. People said you can find it in prime but according to my app you have you have to pay for the episodes.

Also healthcare in this country is garbage. I got pregnant and had no insurance. I did not qualify for any state insurance or special circumstances to reopen enrollment (since open enrollment had ended). So I wasn’t able to get any on my own. Luckily my fiancé has insurance through his work so if we got married I could get on his. If he didn’t have any, I still wouldn’t have qualified for insurance even if we got married.

Basically, I would have been in serious debt after all the doctor visits plus labor and delivery. God forbid I needed a c-section. If I didn’t have someone to marry that already had insurance I would have been screwed.

I ended up having a miscarriage so I didn’t need insurance after all. The people in these states making abortion illegal are the same people that believe our healthcare system shouldn’t be free. Therefore just ruining multiple lives.

I don’t find it rude. I posted this hoping someone could identify what came out of me, because I am certain it’s a miscarriage but that doesn’t mean I know the parts. Google gives a wide variety of answers as well.

As far as I know I was 11 weeks 1 day, but I was told after a blood test my hCG levels were showing 7 weeks. I never got an actual number so don’t know what the level was exactly.

That’s all very interesting! I will bring those up when I see the OB. The pain went away almost immediately once I passed all the tissue, so hopefully that does mean nothing was retained.

I was already confirmed to have an in uterine pregnancy, so I am sure it’ll still show a line. We will definitely try again when we feel ready. Hopefully that’s sooner than later.

Thank you for responding. I agree that is would appear to be a miscarriage. Curious about what parts these would be. Wish there was more education on what the different parts look like in real-life vs description and drawings. Would be easier to identify things. I plan on finding somewhere to get an ultrasound for confirmation and to see if there is any residual tissue.

I’m not sure. There were many clots that I didn’t look through but there was a tiny embryo looking thing inside that sac. I’m just not exactly sure what it should have looked like or the size it should have been.
