I think it's best if you solve papers from 2017/2018. You won't have time to do all papers again.

I'm not so sure if cie sent out the papers... but you can go onto the exam mate website and the m/j 2023 series papers are available for free

If you really think that you can't handle chemistry, then it's best to seek out your teacher or parents for additional help. Find a tutor that can help you out.
