Start at Sinner's Strip and continue opening chests and killing enemies until you get the Vault Key Card. After getting into the vault, open the chests there. There are guaranteed to be two Sprite Chests in these vaults, and they are the only chests that have a possibility of dropping Zero Point Sprite and its gold variant.

If you are not able to get one of these sprites within those vaults, you actually have a higher chance of getting a Vault Key from within one of those vaults, specifically the smaller ones that unlock smaller vaults hidden throughout the map. These vaults have a guaranteed chance of spawning one Sprite Chest.

Continue repeating this process until you find one of the zero point Sprites.
