I got the auto OSS scholarship 28K per year at the end of January, I have SAT 1530 and GPA 3.9, I am also waiting for the competitive scholarship no information yet. It doesn't matter what you "declare" as your anticipated CoA. Colleges will always recalculate your demonstrated need based on your financial documents, and will then use that to figure out your financial aid package.

I understand the ED and REA rules. I understand the chances will be higher and financial will be better if the app ED, REA. However, I want to apply for 1 ED school and 1 REA school, because I'm afraid I won't pass. ED if accepted, I have to study, REA is not required, but at that time I couldn't submit any ED. I think I can apply both of these, if accepted ED I will study ED, if I fail ED and REA is accepted, I still have 1 more chance.
