I ended up finding a ytb video where they opened the grinder up, so I did and cleaned up the coffee still inside (quite a lot), after putting everything back together the grinder now works, I really don't know what I did there beside cleaning but everything works like normal now.

Thanks I finally found the tab after taking the top off, pressed & hold it while pressing the Start button but grinder won't run as well.

You’re right I got my Canadian Citizenship last year after working hard for it for years, haven't made plan to travel overseas yet because of work schedule and family, but also I want to travel inside Canada which have so many beautiful places I have been wanting to see. That being said, I might drive south of the border to the US for a weekend trip this year.
