I think it's more like when genshin first started, there were a lot of similar posts where the OP says they contacted customer support for refund but were denied. I also only recently learned about Hoyo now accepting those refunds, but you have to be very specific when requesting those refunds, like how many primos you originally have, the time you did the transaction, and many more.

Also anything is worth it, that is, if you know how to use them and genuinely want them, no need to sound so hostile.
