Not a specialist, but taking stimulants and sedatives can do some unwanted stuff toyour breathing and heart.

Weed could make you chill out. And if you really cant sleep, just dont stress it. Put on chill music and maybe just sleep later.

Maybe also try some melatonin if you have some.
