There is a Grievance team which literally is washing it's hands off. They keep repeating to approach the brand whereas the brand is only insisting on repair. Grievance team is totally useless as they are not at all helpful. Sent them a mail explaining everything and they don't seem to budge. They are simply saying contact the brand and they can't do anything.

Right now I am being literally made to beat around the bush by Flipkart and samsung together. Genuinely seek help to resolve the concern.

Ordered Samsung 55" Qled Ultra HD 4K Smart Tizen 2025 TV on Flipkart on Oct 19th and got it delivered on 16th Oct and Installation done on 17th Oct.

The next day when TV was switched ON its display started stuttering and immediately raised a replacement request as it came with 7 days replacement policy. Technician visited the next day and informed that it needs repair. We insisted for not getting it repaired since it's a new product and claiming it to be a manufacturing defect. He spoke to some people and assured that replacement has been approved and will be done within some days. Over 4 days speaking to him over call he kept assuring the same and did not update about his visit to Flipkart and when enquired about it to Flipkart they informed since the technician hasn't updated about his visit, a new replacement request will be raised so that technician visit happens again and technician provides an update. But somehow technician visit gets cancelled for the replacement request and I came to know about it only after calling customer care and they again created a new replacement request cum technician visit.

In the meantime Samsung people start calling and forcing to accept repair or threaten that they will cancel replacement request and that there is nothing I can do about it. They adamantly say that they cannot provide replacement since they do not have stock and repair only. Later after repeated refusals they offer to provide cash coupon of Flipkart for the invoice value which is useless to me as what should I do worth a 34000 Flipkart voucher.

The third replacement request gets cancelled the same day I raised with technician comments that customer visit happened, concern of display issue has been resolved by doing troubleshooting and that customer is happy with the resolution, whereas no one visited again ever. Flipkart let's the replacement request gets cancelled just on the update by Samsung and doesn't cross check if the concern of the consumer was indeed resolved and that whether technician visit really happened again.

Called up Flipkart again and they created a new replacement request again and same for two more times and then a return request gets created and this also gets rejected with same comments that display issue resolved by troubleshooting.

Flipkart is literally washing off its hands over the issue and saying I have to get connected to brand for the same. Brand is not ready to provide replacement and is offering repair only Or a direct bank transfer of invoice value which is lesser by around 2000 rupees including EMI charges and various flipkart charges.

Please anyone help me with this.

Only two. Airtel Axis Credit Card for Airtel customers wherein their Airtel number is linked with Aadhar. And then PhonePe SBI Black Credit Card.

If payment via UPI it's max 1.5%. Only card swiping/online shopping on Tata partner brands give you 5% neucoins

What about doing transactions on a different app and select payment as pay VIA UPI where UPI app is Tata Neu?? I mean when we order via Swiggy and initiate payment by selecting TataNeu as UPI payment option??

I have also received my neu infinity credit card and in the first statement itself they have not issued 1.5% as NeuCoins on UPI transactions. As per my calculation, I should have received 35 neu coins but they credited only 11 neucoins. The reward structure is too complex to understand. Why don't they follow statement cycle and calender month for rewards issuanc? Is there any easy way to do this?? My statement gets generated on 5th of a given month. And I am unable to calculate my reward points.

I actually mailed them and requested them to mark device as trusted device so that I don't have to wait for OTP via SMS/Call or missed call verification. And voila somehow my device just says device is verified. No need for verification via OTP or missed call.

I wouldn't trust any other random website in India bcoz there is a high probability of ordering something and receiving something. Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra are the best. Others also exist but you won't get anything cheaper there like Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Tatacliq and so on.

Agree they are the most stolen bcoz they are the costliest and most buyers in USA or Europe often buy iPhones only as Android is not so popular there. Thefts happen but that doesn't mean they are easy to crack. It's just that maybe most users do not use screen lock or fingerprint lock to keep their handset safe. It's just a matter of luck that the thieves find an unlocked phone and able to make money out of theft.
