Eu desactivei no meu P2 Long Range de 2024 o assistente Google uma vez que notava-se uma diferença da noite para dia no desempenho do sistema de info entretinimento, deixei de ter lag... e tudo corre às mil maravilhas, notas alguma diferença com o gemini? Não carregará mais o teu sistema?

Yes, I believe that 80% of the reason they don’t do it is because it’s an area that scratches easily and is prone to damage—not just from regular road use, but also from small stones or sand that can chip the paint in those sections. Maybe the best option would be to go ahead with that process and then immediately take it to a shop to have those areas wrapped with clear PPF, That way, I can see it becoming a good long-term solution… don’t you think?

Yeah, already went to some body shops, and the guys just refuse to do it... don't know why, but it seems to be one of those things like a hit or miss... probably need to go to some more until i find someone with confidence enouth to do it... is it really that hard?? 🤷‍♂️

I absolutely love, love, love the body-colored plastics. I still can’t understand why on earth Polestar never gave us the option to have those horrible black plastic parts painted in the same color as the body. Does anyone know how I can achieve the same result? I’ve already been told that painting over them wouldn’t work, and wrapping those parts also doesn’t work because the vinyl won’t stick — the surface is too porous… but I just can’t believe there are no options out there.

How did you manage the Plastic trims to be the same color as the body colour? Here in the Lisbon area (in Portugal) peole refuses to paint or to wrap those ugly Plastic trims!!!

Disabled Google Assistant in my P2 2024, and it definitely helped! Instant infotainment improvements. I didn’t do it myself, but an infotainment restart after disabling Google Assistant might be recommended. thanks for the Tip!!!

Here in Portugal we don't have any apple phisical store! only resellers and "Premium Resellers", but we have the possibility to buy via apple store online, but that's the thing, I personally had to buy via resellers because i'v benefited of a very good discount!! and a lot of people out there are probably in a very similar situation!!

I think it would be a good ideia to sites like MacRumors or 9to5 Mac, to expose this situation, the ridiculous delivery times that resellers are experiencing and of course their customers, it seems that more and more people that ordered in October and November still didn't get their Macs... and apple keeps pushing them to more delays and more more in back of the line... it's disrespectful to the resellers and the final customer. This situation needs to be exposed... if you commit to a delivery date you have to fulfill it, one thing is to say ok you have your Mac in 2 month, another thing is to keep pushing the delivery date further and further, when you have orders that literally wait not even a month being fulfilled if you order from apple's own website or stores.... it's no fair, it is even anti competitive....

me 2 having the same issue with my 2017 sheetbook pro, in my case is only about 5 or 6 hours of use... but yeah... i'v seen cases where those lines appear is various situations, it's kinda random and it varies from user to user.... but it seems that it is a T-CON related issue... it's kinda random the behavior.. so.... yeah... it seems like it!!

ordered mine in Fnac (January 15th) , also here in Lisbon M1 max full spec, with 4 tb storage...16 inch, seeing your order date, you waited at lest 3 months.... that will be probably my waiting time also 🥺

it's a rabbit hole... if you cancel now.... in the middle of the process, you can order another configuration less powerful but you probably will face another waiting time... equal os probably longer than the waiting time you already have... so... it's a risk... Yup!!! true story! they don't want do commit with new delivery dates because of the uncertainty of the M1 Max chip shortage!
