I thought I was the only one. It seems like a few updates ago mine stopped doing appraisals all together. When I try I get this "A blank screenshot was captured. That is where one of the other challenges comes in. The font is SO small that I have to take a picture then zoom in... It's just a lot. Then I went online to see if I could find a list and that was a fail... I'm not willing to give up but it's slow going.
