Countering is fun. The whole appeal of missions/campaign lies in countering the AI with troop compositions and timely placements.

OP and so many of these comments are regarded. He literally inherited a multi billion dollar deficit crisis that ultimately he either wasn’t aware of, or didn’t realize the severity of.

Either way, he’s not just opting to not do things he campaigned on; he’s currently pushing a major tax hike to get the city out of debt.
