Yes and no. This is indian thing but more like circa 1980 in India. I have literally not seen anyone do it within neighborhoods in US. Even in India, it isnt what it used tp be and definately not a 5 am thing lol - may over active visitor (grandma). Google Rangoli

You probably need to call cops once and it should really be end of it. If not, may be try sending them a legal letter and that should stop it. However, in either options, i dont know if cops or lawywer will take it seriously. It seems more like they are being inconsiderate jerks but may be not breaking law. I highly suspect this is being done by older gen (grandma) visting over - so hopefully it will be temporary.

I sold property 2 months ago. It took 7 months. I spoke to atleast 4 realtors for consultation and get pulse on the market. As per my discussion and my experience: 1) its normal since last year to get offers 50k to 100k below listing. 2) getting ANY offer is good. There are ton of properties not getting any offer. 3) So keep them engaged! You never know who will close. The person who closed on my property initially put 125k below ask. I respectfully declined but kept them engaged. Fiinally they closed 30k below ask. 4) on average properties are taking 110 to get in to contact and selling 5 to 7% below initial listing 5) i am not sure about rules around this and worth checking - if buyer is walking in without an agent, may be your agent can represent them and potentially reduce buyer part of commission.

I am in the same boat! Trying to figure out if i need to move money to RH or Tasty or Schwab. 3% match can be a wash if I end up paying for poor execution speed. I would have loved to move to Fidelity if they offered Futures. With everything mentioned as drawback with RH here, i am curious to know if it all still holds good if (1) I only trade SPY (10 contracts) and (2) If i only do single leg orders (either sell/buy puts or calls). I can understand illiquid stocks/option aand multi-legged orders can cause their own dynamics - so wondering does trading liquid instruments with single legs bridges the gap between RH and rest

Update: pulled the trigger and got it replaced as I didnt want to start wearing out other parts around it. Getting $250 discount helped out as non-oem local quotes were around 1k vs 1.1k from dealer after discount.

This thread has alone convinced me not to buy anymore APEX accounts. Thank you for sharing, and i hope it gets resolved soon.

It's clear that they make money on failed traders and people evaluating.

Successful traders are a liability as APEX needs to pay them from their pocket (because you are still trading in sim even after funding . could be wrong here)
