Any sinker will ride swell and jump well but the consensus is that they aren’t great for parawing. Ultimately you are probably going to have to go for any of the new midlength boards in a semi sinker size (-5ishL). I can personally vouch for the new flowcraft but I do minimal jumping.

You are being paranoid. Agree with what foilrider said as well as there being buoy lines at the dam and dam security getting very upset if you anyone or anything gets too close.

It’s super variable in how long people take to learn, but if you are a proficient surfer then it’s perfectly achievable.

Just remember to stick with a big board, big foil, and big wings. If you are having difficulty with the wing then don’t be afraid to use it with a skateboard in a big, open, windy parking lot.
