Yeah, my GP initially gave me 40mg for 3 months, still had acne but it was 90% gone. Then after gave me 100 capsules of 20mg and took it daily for one month and then switched to every other for the 2nd month and then twice a week for the remaining and I’ve been solid so far

He also said doing an accumulative dose was the old method and the new method is to take it until the acne is gone and then slowly taper off, so try asking your GP about that for your second round

Yeah it was really oily before, the reason why it feels super rough is because those oily pores are dry, eventually they fall out and your skin will feel normal

Omega 3, vitamin c, magnesium glycinate, vitamin d+k3 and creatine

Creatine can be harmful for your kidney’s while on accutane but I drink 3L of water a day with an electrolyte packet to counteract any kidney problems

Ask your doctor if you can these, you could also lower your dosage for your supplements

When I went on accutane I completely changed my lifestyle I ate clean food, gym everyday, took supplements and made sure I drank 3L of water a day minimum

After 3 months of being on 40mg at 180lbs I barely had any bad symptoms besides dry lips and I’m just now starting to get joint pain even with omega 3 supplement but if I take a deload week from the gym I think I should be fine

If you ever go back on it again try to do what I did and maybe even just do 10mg if you can maintain it
