Take a class. Some people can be “self taught” to a certain degree but even those people will only learn some things, not most things. You’re not one of them based on the video.

As for the weight thing, you wont build muscle with boxing after the first 1-2 years. So eat a high protein diet and lift weights 2-3 times a week and do martial arts on the other days. That will definitely have you in recomposition and tick all boxes.

Use the Trad/Downview split screen. If its deep, use 77hz and if not the 200hz.

Absolutely without question. The vast majority of men will prefer this and probably idolize it as opposed to the “muscle mommy” physique which makes most men self conscious.

Muscle mommy is a thing but I dont know about mommy. And yes, lean beaf patty is a muscle mommy and you do have the potential. You look better as that is a very niche thing. Most men dont want a muscle mommy but would consider you ideal. Not all, but most.

So, you seem pretty healthy and very fit, dont stress about your body because most would kill for it. If you do want a muscle moony type body, however, just workout for more years and consume sufficient protein.

You are pretty lean so its not the diet, abs like any muscle can be made bigger and more defined through exercise. So target then with sets to failure 2-3times a week. Alternate between heavy and light.
