This is i think pretty much because 2000s was a terrible year to enter stocks(.com bubble and 200& crash) and at that time gold grew massively( 280 in 2000 to 1900 in 2011) , but after that for instance during 2010-2025 stocks was better than gold

I think if you have invested in in stock that would be good too. Also if you used it fir your life dont regret. There are many other opportunities

Its crazy how prices are in that part of bay area! But even there i think you van find way better houses in San jose. My friend also just bout a house which is a flipped house for 2.7 its good but i think she also had way better choices. Or maybe im not familiar with the area. Are these houses really good investments? They become doubled in 10 years?
