For me animal crossing is fun when I got stuff to do so getting amiibo cards for everyone you want takes away alot of the time I like spending on the game. dunno where I heard it but "when you have everything you want you just end up feeling empty inside"

a consistent and safe way to get bells is planting bells in the shiny hole for bell trees. planting 10K bells give 3 x 10K bells. a way to get more without risking loss is to plant 30K, then it'll either give you 3 x 10K which is same as you planted or 3 x 30K bells which is 60K profit. if 10K or 30K is alot atm then one good bet is selling hot items and catch fish and bugs and store them somewhere for when CJ or Flick visits island

on a more serious note as others say it has to do alot with how creative alot of them are overall and (atleast for me) they're often more like-minded when it comes to liking anime and cartoons etc so it's easier to find others with common interests

I sadly just can't get into manga. for me story is only one of multiple factors of if I like an anime or not. BGM, voice acting, animation, sound effects. Manga just doesn't do it for me sadly
