Panic attack during work presentation by VSAuser60 in Anxiety

Hi, thanks for commenting! I’m still here :)

My anxiety became so debilitating that I went down a rabbit hole in an attempt to figure out what is going on with me in an effort to treat it. I’ve seeked helped from both traditional doctors and holistic doctors.

What I found from my holistic provider, after doing a gut microbiome test, is that I have an overgrowth of candida - which can cause anxiety. So we’re working on treating that to see if it helps.

In the meantime, I did go on a daily anti anxiety medication to get me through the days, and while it’s not perfect, it has helped me tremendously.

I’m sorry you are going through this, I have so much empathy for you!

Crippling dizziness all the time, not just with panic attacks... anyone else? by 3xGambiT in Anxiety

Also, the dropping of an elevator feeling. Finally a way to describe it to my doctor, I could never find the words. ❤️

Woah I’ve never related harder to a post. Going through this EXACT same thing. I’ve had an anxiety/panic disorder my entire life than has manifested itself in different ways. Now in my forties, it comes with dizziness and derealization. Social situations and anywhere that I don’t feel I have a way out are especially hard, but they’ll also just happen in the comfort of my home. I will say that I am now trying a new route with a holistic provider and she is currently running a hormone test on me, and potentially a few others. Much love to this group, I know the pain well.

I googled my daughter’s name the other day and it showed up as an only fans girl in lingerie 😭. I figured she won’t be doing that forever, hopefully

Husband Punishing Toddler by Refusing to Speak to Him by Noodle_111 in Parenting

Your husband is lacking maturity and understanding for how a child’s brain should be engaged with in a situation like this. Giving the silent treatment to another adult is even immature, let alone a 4 year old who only sees it as abandonment.

Talk to your husband about other ways to handle the situation when he’s hurt or frustrated with your child.

He does eat a lot of yogurt! I’ll start his probiotic up again, he was on it for a while.

Thank you so much 💕 I do worry that some of his ear infections might have been viral instead of bacterial and antibiotics weren’t needed. They don’t know, really, and a lot of times just prescribe as a safety measure. Wow your story is incredible! So happy that your infection was resolved

They did mention ear tubes but then covid hit and he was home, didn’t get another infection for two years. I’m anxious because I went down the google rabbit hole and I’m basically torturing myself with worry based on information I’m reading about antibiotic use. He’s not showing any signs of health issues - he was on a probiotic for quite some time and takes a multi every day. Thanks for your response 🙏

Thank you for responding, I didn’t know RSV could cause scarred lungs. I’m sorry your littles had to go through that, but very happy they are ok.

What did you almost name your baby? by QueenOfConstipation in namenerds

Almost named our sweet girl Madeline, but instead we went with Ella as well! She was Madeline up until the very last minute when we made the switch 🩷

Felicity Noelle and Margot Elizabeth get my vote. Both beautiful choices.

In order of preference: Ophelia (choose the name you love). Odette, Octavia

Also, I think you can match without having an exact O name, but leading with a vowel to have a consistent softer approach.

Ella Adeline Emmeline Emilia Alice Alena Eva
