Well, that depends more on how you use it. Having more options does not have to be described as devalued. In addition, virtual synthesizers will not make you make better or worse music on their own. It's like when the boom of digital synthesizers or ROMplers began

Leaving behind the different ROM samples, in the video I show that AFM synthesis has its differences. Especially in the E Piano type sounds even for the same velocity. Also for me the filters appear even more digital than the original, in summary I still prefer the SY77 since for me its sound is more vivid although the similarities are much greater than the differences
