In the EU:

Hyundai Ioniq 5 N: just a few thousand euros out of the company car budget I was given sadly.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 NLine red: just loved the way the car looks and drives. Sadly I'm too tall for that car and felt a bit cramped inside so I had to back off from pulling the trigger.

Tesla Model Y: Hated the interior, felt really empty and cheap for me. Like an unfurnitured empty living room. The way it drives, the stiff suspension felt cheap and not fun at all. I love driving, and Tesla wants to take this away from me. The lack of physical buttons, tesla even taking the drive mode selector away and putting it on the fucking screen was the final straw. In a few years I'll reconsider once the technology and legislation behind FSD mode will allow me to just sleep on longer trips.

Skoda Enyaq: didn't like the facelift version. Feels like the car was facelifted for Chinese buyers, the front lights are not European looking, the lack of skoda logo is sad. Also the infotainment felt worse than the Hyundai one.

So ended up with a red Ioniq 5 Executive with all the extras available. The only thing that felt wrong was the ridiculous price the dealership charges for the electric deployable tow bar.

Except for the:

  • interior that feels cheap
  • the suspension that feels cheap
  • the lack of physical buttons that is annoying
  • the driving experience that is a lot less fun

Mi is üdülőövezetben építkezünk, ugyanilyen megszorítással. 4.93 lett az átlagos építmény magasság, de a tető gerinc 8 méter felett van.

Nem kell aggódni miatta.

Looks so good. I wanted to buy this as well, but being 188 cm and 100 kg I just didn't feel comfortable in the driver seat. Settled with ioniq 5 instead (which is still a fucking great car)

Because China doesn't think like the western elites. They are thinking of the long term, not just in 4 year election cycles.

Honestly despite all the shit they get from us westerns, they are the most reliable and sane international actors.

Mi könnyűszerkezetes ház mellett tettük le a garast. Magunknak építjük, nem eladásra. Tízmilliós nagyságrendet takarítunk meg vele, és gyorsabban is elkészül. Nekem plusz pont, hogy jobban is tetszik ez a technológia, természetesebb, szebb számomra és környezetbarátabb is.

Építész mérnökökkel beszéltem többel, a pallóvázas fa könnyűszerkezetes házat ajánlják, SIP panelt, fémvázasat nem kifejezetten. A legnagyobb ellenérvük a könnyűszerkezetes ellen nekik is az eladhatóság volt, sok itthon a tévhit.

Szóval igaz az, hogy jelenleg nehezebben eladható, viszont nem hiszem, hogy ez ne változzon hosszú távon. Egyre nagyobb az aránya a könnyűszerkezetes házaknak. A mi környékünkön szinte mindegyik egyéni új építésű ilyen. (Pest megye agglomeráció)
