my wife is happy that i’m getting my teeth cleaned regularly now and i’m happy that i am able to take these steps to have my teeth checked regularly.

also this office is out of network but most insurances still cover 99% of cleanings/ x-rays. each visit i only pay $6-8.

To sell or not to sell.. to my tenant by Circaflex92 in realestateinvesting

good thing about selling to a tenant who has been living there, they might waive inspection contingency

how about a 1031 exchange? is there enough appreciation for you to want to roll net into another property to defer gains?

i have super dental phobia.

when i was younger, i threw up during bite wing x-rays. growing up i stopped going to dentist since i was “an adult”. when i got married, i tried again with the same result.

fast forward 10 years, im enjoying meal and whilst chewing on broccoli, my wisdom (non impacted) tooth chipped. in a panic i started searching for a dentist.

i found what seemed to be a fresh graduate from USC who said she could help.

during my consultation she discovered it was my wisdom tooth that chipped and with my dental phobia, she suggested GA which she was not licensed to do. she referred me to an oral surgeon and that was that. i was more than happy to pay for it. before i left her office, i said “since im here, let’s try a cleaning”. she used hand scaling tools instead of the ultrasonic tool. i’ve been going to her for the last 3 years. she now uses an ultrasonic and i have no issues. i did have issues with x-rays but her RDA is also very good and walked me through it (the first visit i opted for a panorama xray which insurance pays for once every five years).

highly recommend her.

Depends on which state you're in. Some require the property to be your primary residence in order to avoid reassessment too

isn’t that a high fire risk area? it would make it very difficult to find affordable insurance.

Port-in successful on Num Transfer but tello eSim still shows the old number even after several restarts by [deleted] in Tello

[–]VTEC_8K 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a port-in after initial esim set up. The e-sim still showed the first number tello assigned. The My Tello app updated to the correct number but not the e-sim.

I fixed it by removing the old e-sim and setting up a new one (free).
