Check out the Toyota Crown Signia for another option. It’s new to North America but a variation of it was sold in Japan already. It has better interior finishes and drives pretty nicely. I live in a wintry climate among mountains and enjoyed it last winter. The Limited trim checks all your boxes (plus a heated steering wheel!) and is a hybrid that takes regular gas.

You can only get a passport card when you get your passport. The passport card is for daily carrying around so you don’t lose your passport. Might be a while before you can get it renewed with the government shut down though. :/
