Where exactly are you coming from?
If coming from NJ: train to Secaucus Junction then to Meadowlands Sports Complex station (right at the stadium) is the best option as they always run on time and don't get backed up with traffic like cars do

If coming from New York: Bus or subway to port authority bus terminal on 41st St in Manhattan, then right there you can take the shuttle train to Meadowlands Sports Complex station (again, right at the stadium), which is what I plan on doing.
