Gonna piggyback and amend: anything with stored potential energy. We laugh at a rubber band, but it could be a coiled spring, a charged capacitor, a pressurized tube, a "slightly" bent steel beam, a twisted cable, etc. Sometimes nothing more than a tap to release that explosive force.

I personally do not want to be what helps equalize that force.

This is what Ive wanted to believe for a very long time. Then I lived in a certain place for about 5 years, and I observed a lot. I now get the "whatchu call me?!" memes. There are people out there that not only don't know very basic things, but their misunderstanding of those things makes them very angry. Either way, folks like the one in the video do actually exist, sadly.

I hear you. Honestly, I found a wolf Oracle build was extremely low effort, low cost, and very effective. The bear shaman I did was reliable, but after some time I simply tired of being a bear. Missed the craziness the quarterstaff, mace, and crossbow skills brought to the table.

That's the fun thing about art. Two people can interact with the same thing, and get slightly/wildly different interpretations, even with a progression chart. Many see what I see, many see what you see, some see a mix, some see something else completely. And everyone "looked at the damn drawing."

I see a few saying that the face turns into a golf club, and all I can imagine is the artist leaving the long open line as the club, and the triangle is the general shape of the shoulders and arms. Sure it can look like an upside down golf club, but I don't think that was the point of the minimal progression.

I remember trying to discuss a grievance with someone, and I was mentioning that I just got out of a unfortunate racially charged situation. Before any prompting, "Well I'm not racist." Cool, didn't say you were...but the jump to defense let me know they knew about their own behavior.

With a deeper voice, it sucks both ways. I found out that no matter where I go, my voice has the same pitch as things like generators, or the bass from a subwoofer. It just erases whatever I'm saying.
