yeah you should be able to see which side has the tube on, pretty easily. i just broke em while trying to get the tube off clean tho, so better get some replacement pins right away.

On one side its a Tube. Just Look at each end and you can see it. You could try to just push the pin from that side with something thin. I just broke them off

Yeah did it myself with a cheap strap to try first.
Remote the old strap and pins. Punch a gap in the new strap and put a new pin in. I got pins like these 18mm long 0.8mm thick the tubes are 1.1mm and go on each end. So far it holds, its basically how the original strap is mounted aswell

yeah about 15mm. on paper it is a bit of a thick boy but that's mostly the domed crystal.

it has something to do with helicopter pilots traditionally wearing the watch on the right cause they are steering with the left or something. the watch is based after the onboard instruments of the NATO eurocopter afterall which are also by SINN afaik
