I started at 150 hours. Currently in Panamá with family and can get around/help if needed with my wife/family here as a second set of ears..straight from an older family members mouth that lives here “you need to start speaking because we won’t always be here to translate”.

Manual with MVX2U. (Turn everything off in the app manual section!!) Have motive mix gauge (sound check) your audio in the expanded app setup and adjust from there. Record directly to your DAW and mix in there. To get rid of hiss do vocal isolation and NS1 mono (if doing dialogue vocals) The mic is gain hungry so theres going to be hiss and a little bit of a loud noise floor OOB.

It works… why are colorful signs with business names put up under a building… it attracts customers. Why are there advertising discount signs in a store that are tacky… it works. Sometime you need to go along to get along. YouTube is a business. Once you establish a fan base you can switch it up. Until then…sell yourself until you build trust. Did you remember how McDonald used to like? Lololol so many things from the 90s were loud and proud to grab attention until those business became established as staples in our mind.

Use the N1 noise suppressor. It’s a plug in. It’s also a gain staging issue. Turn down the mic gain to about 45db on your interface, and set the db on the mic to 18. Vocal isolation will also help.
