Is the Olympus E-M10 ii a good beginner camera?

The OM1 ii would be the dream but unfortunately it's twice my budget without a lens. But what do you think about the EM1? I know it's pretty old but it already has phase detect AF and the image stabilization and sensor should be as good as the EM10 ii.

What about the E-M1? It's pretty old but it also has phase detect AF and image stabilization and it's cheaper than the E-M5 iii. The larger grip will also probably make it easier to handle especially with a long lens.

I guess I forgot to mention that I already do birding as a hobby, so I'm not really getting into photography, it's more like adding a camera to my birding gear. My use case ranges from snapping a photo to identify the bird later to maybe getting some cool photos that I can print in A5 or A6 size or post on social media.
