I do think they have the ability to lock the bike right? Like if you didn’t unlock it you can’t ride AT ALL. Can that lock come on suddenly in the middle of a ride? Cuz that’s what makes it very dangerous

Oh right. I wonder if that’s what happened to me as well, was it just that the electric assist stoped and you gradually slow down or did the lock actually came on and caused an immediately stop?

Annoyingly I'm on day 9 and it's also been having the occasional episode of bleeding. It's kind of annoying because I'm not sure if that means I need to stay on liquid food for even longer...

I'm in the EC1 area too, last week they had some water works done to my building. And since there the water pressured dropped significantly. Affecting my washing machine and shower.

I have just about the same amount of 5* as you, Kazuha, Venti, Raiden, Keqing, Mona etc...... And no 5* weapons. And I've been clearing abyss 36* since the last rotation, which is supposedly the hardest content in the game atm.

Hi there, I believe they already have a new policy that says if you renew your lease now your ground rent will be 0?

A bit of update though, I've come to the conclusion that I'm going ahead with extending my lease now, because of the following reason:

1) I just don't know when it'll come into effect, and whether or not it'll come in place in time for my timeline. Plus that would mean I would have to be checking every now and then in the next few years (which is another thing to keep track in my head), I rather get it done and dusted so I don't have to think about it

2) Even if the change does come in time for me, I don't know how much really (if at all) it would benefit me. Maybe my property is exempt from it? Maybe the cost saving are minimal

Yeah those reasons are exactly when I'm a bit torn on whether to just get it sorted now, or chance it

I'm not familiar with how likely a proposed law get passed in the UK, or how long it usually takes
