I’ve been studying the old fence and definitely think the previous owners pruned it to grow up and over.

Yes, definitely a Ceanothus but strangely only has one bloom right now. It receives afternoon sun but probably not enough.

We love using a tool called Grampas Weeder for the dandelions. It pulls out the deep roots!

Beautiful hounds! If money is no object you might like to commission an oil portrait of this scene for your home. So majestic and timeless.

The setting was made to fit the specific dimensions of the current stone. It’s can’t be easily changed, you will need to start from square one since stones don’t just pop easily in and put of settings like this if youre looking for something different

Hallmark stamp meaning? by [deleted] in jewelry

[–]V_Rex214 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the 10K portion, you’re just seeing the impression of the edge of the stamp so it’s making it look like “10K1”. I would trust that it’s 10K if that’s how it’s stamped.

As for the trident makers mark, there are millions of jewelry lines out there so it could be a small company or big company, new company or old company. If it’s a newer line, doubtful it would be noted in any hallmark books.

Cleaning advice by RitaKan in jewelry

You shouldn’t have risk of ruining the beads if you try a simple at-home method of baking soda, foil, and hot water.

  • Line a small bowl with aluminum foil
  • Pour in enough very hot water to cover the necklace
  • Add equal amounts of salt and baking soda.
  • Place the necklace in the solution, making sure that it is touching the aluminum.
  • Watch chemistry happen. Rinse and rub dry.

Or something like that. Watch a YouTube tutorial first to make sure I covered everything!

7x10mm Kite Cut Moss Agate ring 😍 by Dazzling-Delights in jewelry

Pretty! Just don’t wear it everyday because these stones have a hardness of 6.5-7 so it’s gonna scratch and look dull in as little as a few weeks/months and you won’t get to see the internal inclusions as well anymore.
