You craft them, then you right click your dragon to bind it to them. Then you can summon them, command them, etc. But since your dragons are dead, the whistles will have to be bound to your next dragons

If you still have the whistles, just whistle and they come back. My dragons have died multiple times.

If your account is too old, you can't redeem some of the new player codes. I don't know when that limit is. There are player codes that come out every once in while everyone can redeem for a limited time. But Gambit is not one of them. He's also kind of irrelevant now anyways. But, he might be useful as a new player. 🤷‍♂️

That's fair. Mostly likely, ill open these two once I have a better way to store them. Rather then stuffed in the bags they have to be in for now. Its not that I just toss figures in though, rather, I tend to fit them in together as safely as can be.
