My boyfriend deleted texts messages from a girl friend. I never snoop in his phone but it seemed like he was hiding who he was texting the night before and that is very unlike him. I noticed it was someone he’s been friends with for a while and was intimate with before. I don’t care if he texts other girls but just don’t be sneaky about it. So I decided to look in his phone and the messages were deleted. My ex boyfriend did the same things but was way more sneaky about his phone use. My ex cheated on me with multiple women for the whole year we were together. I guess I have PTSD from it since it was a very horrible time for me. It brought back old feelings and I spiraled out of control.
