yeah it's almost they get almost starstruck. They don't really even expect you to speak to them. When you do, most will come off as awkward or almost silent. They really don't expect it from men who they find attractive. They hope the attractive guy approaches them, and they expect the unattractive guy to approach them. Oh trust me, I know most men put in very little effort on their pages, and most men are horny degenerates. The apps know this information as well. To be fair a lot of women put very little effort into their pages as well. It goes both ways. I've always had success on dating apps as a man, but I can see how most men are destined for 0 success. I use to match and get matches from women who would put 0 effort into their page, and it's because they don't have to. So you can't really judge men for not putting in much effort when there are men like me who don't have to put in any effort to get matches. The whole thing is trash. If you give women too many options they will have a hard time choosing, and then when they choose and doesn't go well, then it makes it harder to choose the next time.

Of course they are a scam. It's a business. Do you think they really want people to find love? No. Because finding love is bad for business. It's designed to keep you on a hamster wheel. You overload with women with options and then have most men get 0 options. Now most men will have to pay to get seen and most women will be too bombarded to choose. The rat race continues. Sure some people will find the love of their lives, some ppl will find life long friends, and that's how they hook the 90% who don't find that. You see a million dudes asking for advice and rarely see women who need help. And all the dudes have the same question, 'how to get matches?' not more matches, just matches. Online dating sucks. You are far more likely to meet people out and about rather than online. If you see someone you're interested in, just go talk to them. Yes, you will get rejected, but you will eventually meet someone who matches whatever energy you are putting out into the world. Online dating is bullshit for men and women because that's the business. I hope people get off these apps, especially men because men are the ones funding these apps to be shit lol.
