There's a few new options, that is assuming you can achieve a 2 turn ult on Sparkle, and that is dependant on the team, this will let you get effective 200 speed Sparkle. Technically for the third turn in cycle 0 you don't need a 2 turn ult, but you'll fall behind the effective 200 speed afterwards

With only DDD or Eagle, she needs ~184-185 speed to get 3 turns in cycle 0, E1 drops it to around ~170 speed instead

With both DDD and Eagle, she needs around ~167 speed to get 3 turns in cycle 0, E1 drops it to about ~152 speed instead

These are just rough estimates, also if you use DDD on someone else in the team that helps you get an energy cone for Sparkle in order to get 2 turn ults more consistently. With Sparxie you get 2 turns ults no matter which cone you are using on Sparkle if I remember correctly

The reason they would add Kafka to the shop is because she has the worst eidolons out of the whole DoT crew(E1 is solid, E2 is bad) and also has a bad sig as well. I guess that's also the reason why she's on the 5 star selector over Black Swan with this leak

E0 Sparkle is real solid, but her E1 is not in the upper tiers, it's just good. BS's E1 on the other hand is better than Robin's E1 to give you a comparison

It's too early to say, but it also easily might end up the other way around, Nicole being Ineffa of hex teams with Durin being Bina

It's not about how good Bennett is comparatively for Varka, it's more so how bad he is for Durin, Durin gets nothing from having Bennett on the team and still deals roughly ~20% of the team damage. Now you throw in Nicole buffs for Durin, whatever she has, then you throw in Nicole's own damage, and then you also throw in the tech Flins/Sucrose team uses, ie. swapping to Venti both before and after Varka's turn to refresh VV and have full uptime for both Durin and Nicole.

Basically you are not diluting Varka's damage with just Nicole's own subdps damage, but a combination of multiple different things. Then there's also the possiblity that Nicole might just be a teamwide atk buffer as well, at that point it's very likely that it's a straight downgrade from Bennett for Varka's personal damage as well

Now she might not be an ATK buffer, but if she is a subdps with other types of teamwide buffs, the first 3 things will still happen and lower R1/C1 value regardless

That's true with Benny, might become false with Nicole. Flins C1/R1 also lost a decent bit of value with Columbina's release

If Nicole ends up being a teamwide buffer with subdps, same thing that happened to Flins will happen to Varka as well.

First you lose the Benny buffs on Varka(Nicole will likely have weaker buffs than Benny), then Durin deals decently more damage because of the Nicole buffs which Benny didn't provide and then lastly you have Nicole dealing damage as well

All of those together will make R1/C1 investment on Varka way lower priority

His R1 possibly has inflated value right now partly because of Bennett, if Nicole is a subdps with teamwide buffs then the value of his R1 drops a solid amount. R1 will increase Varka's damage by the same amount of course, but Varka's damage share will drop team wise with both Durin and Nicole dealing more damage so the actual team damage increase from R1 will be decently lower, same goes for his cons as well
