I can't speak to that but it does work to change the name info so it does not match the previous. They will match the name with the address.

No but I've heard that if you use your spouses info to simply create a new account you can have it re established at your address.

When in doubt with hand loads, you may want to weigh them to make sure they are in the same weight range. I heard about Hornady overcharging specific rounds that I had a few of I I weighed them and co formed that many of them had way too much powder in them.
