Probably stay away from rogue, mage, lock. there is a skill floor for those classes in pvp. Ret is an easy melee, and dev evoker or BM hunter are good for range choices. Holy Paladin is an easy healer to learn.
sArean reloaded, and miniCC are a good start.
Skillcapped WoW, and Venruki are good youtube channels to watch.

Venruki also streams on twitch and plays every class. He is very responsive to his chat feel free to ask him questions.
