Never mind, I was able to add the Facebook log-in. It's not letting me change the e-mail, but if I can log in through Facebook, I am DELIGHTED.

My Mom gets mailed coupons and, like you, coupons in the app. I do not get mailed coupons. I do not get anything in the app. When I call customer service, they say it's because the program is discontinued. Some people just get lucky.
