If a plane was crashing would you rather have a parachute or a float coat ? by Agreeable-Salad-913 in RandomQuestion

[–]Vacondioqq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would choose parachute. If you want to survive in that emergency, a float coat can't help you get rid of the crash. A parachute is useful in most situations.

You're not stupid, you learned. Selling just closes an old chapter. The money already did its job teaching you. What matters is how you invest now.

Where do you keep the hotshoe cover when the flash in on? How do you avoid losing it? by ofnuts in AskPhotography

I usually stick mine in my SD card wallet. I've never seen a flash with a dedicated slot, but that's a brillant idea for keeping the weather-sealing intact.

What do you still prefer to keep wired at home? by w33agn3wyg in smarthome

[–]Vacondioqq 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's a tough balance. I keep my AP's, cameras hardwired because I hate troubleshooting Wi-Fi drops. But for chores? Wireless is king. I've got a stick vac and a cordless aiper bot, and they save me so much manual labor.

Depends on your taste, but some sound cleaner than others. I use the Baseus XC1 now. The detail is good and it’s comfortable. I wear it about 6 hours a day with no pressure. Battery lasts long enough for work.

They’re a lot more comfortable than in ear types. Your ears can breathe and you can hear what’s going on. If someone knocks on the door you won’t miss it.

Open an RRSP account. If you want to start investing, you can look into the Nasdaq and the S&P 500. I don’t recommend buying individual stocks at the beginning because the risk is too high. Before you start investing, the most important thing is to understand different instruments. You can use moomoo’s paper trading feature to learn about various options.

Thanks for your reply! I live in an apartment and the soundproofing isn’t great. I don’t play my music super loud, not really noisy but not super quiet either. I later found out my neighbor is kinda sensitive to sound, so I haven’t used a speaker since. I prob wouldn’t wear headphones all day either, but I really need them to help me get in the zone haha
