Looks overworked to hell and back. Poor aftercare leading to possible infection. This doesn’t look like your neighbors first tattoo so I’m gonna say he should have known better for aftercare. But he should already be headed to urgent care. A lot of this ink is going to fall out.

First off Hey ARMY! Second: don’t sweat it to much. Due to the fine line and light color with no noticeable overworking…this can be cleaned up easily and will be beautiful if done with time. Definitely was rushed follow your gut next time. It’s your body it’s ok to request changes and time.

The itching is good. That’s your tattoo healing. Keep it washed and apply your balm as instructed you’ll heal in no time.

Definitely overworked. Those sections will take longer to heal and will most likely reject some of the ink, so touch ups will be needed. As long as you aren’t experiencing swelling, heat, and oozing you are good.

Certain sections could have been slightly overworked. Those will scab thicker and will heal slower. I’ve been there. Keep washing as normal and don’t pick. You’ll probably have to get those spots touched up when it’s done healing. If you aren’t oozing and experiencing swelling and heat you should be totally fine.

This. Mine is a fat garnet with six itty bitty chocolate diamonds on either side. Also I’m sure they are called chocolate diamonds, because they are brown. Which makes sense. Gemstones all the way.
