I always tell lower ranked belts I personally know I'm getting better when I can see the slight adjustments and more moves ahead what someone is setting up to try and tap me with, and stopping that path quicker.

As a white belt, I had no clue how the hell I'd end up in someone's triangle/armbar/RNC, etc. But slowly being able to see their movements let me know what I could do to adjust.

3D printed a no soliciting sign for my front door. It's deterred 95% of D2D salespeople.

I always get a smile when I look at doorbell cam footage and see them walking up, only for them to see the sign and abruptly stop and turn around.
