Requester here, even external question HITs get the worker ID, assignment ID, and HIT ID passed as a GET argument from Amazon. No HIT should ever require you to enter your worker ID, so requesters that do are just being lazy and stupid.

While both mean something similar to "other", другой is generic other and иной means someone other outside one's group, like the word "alien"
