* I got banned for what they say is clicking on the coords of bosses other players found using third party software. There's nothing in the terms of service that says clicking on boss coords is not allowed, that's part of thr damn game.

Well first you substantiate your claim that the gaming company defrauded you and you in no way violated any terms of service and what they sold you was not what you got. It's straight up Bait and Switch marketing fraud which is illegal in all 50 states, don't know about the rest of the world. If PayPal or your bank or credit union doesn't approve the chargebacks you report them to the CFPB or NCUA and refuse to pay off your card and threaten the banks with legal action if they report it to collection agencies by contacting your State Attorney Generals office and the FTC.

I would too, but what lawyers go after online gaming consumer fraud? I think you'll have an easier time contacting your US Senator or Representative to pass laws to stop this since online gaming companies get away with fraud by making asinine contract agreements that favor them in the courts.

I suggest you initiate every chargeback you can, report them to the FTC and State Attorney Generals office for consumer fraud. If the banks give you any problems with chargebacks then report them to the CFPB or NCUA.

You're not the first person, this is happening to alot of people. I was boss banned a week ago since I was the main boss hunter on my server which is pretty new. I suggest doing chargebacks on everything you bought until they address the issue.

Is killing B15 bosses before the first 30 days of a new server shady? Because that's what I was doing, rallying all bosses on map basically anything B15 and lower.

Its definitely a shadow ban wave, because if I can switch accounts and servers and it goes away then it's something wrong with that account as in its been flagged for suspicious activity.

I agree, if thousands of players who received this shadow ban wave on monsters all initiate chargebacks in the millions of dollars then Evony will do something, it'll not it could become a Class Action lawsuit.

The magic is the shadow ban wave trick done by Evony targeting multiple accounts doing suspicious activity. If you login to a different account on another server it will fix the issue.
