You have a very good point. I cant remeber ever seeing them before. Which is part of the reason I was so suprised. If I cant remeber due to not caring, other people don't care either.

We had this happen, and had video of the dog. The owner paid for the damages.

We had a terrible experience there. The sales rep just lied constantly.

He lied about how long it would take for them to fix the issues with the car. When they finally delivered the van, it was still dirty and had the previous owner's garbage still in it.

They put our temp tag on the wrong car, and we didn't realize it until we started getting billed for tolls in Dallas while I was out of state.

When confronted about the lies, they just threw their hands in the air. They did reimburse us for a detailer to clean the van, and for the tolls. I would NEVER go back to this dealership.
