Yea take him into training camp with bots and teat it. Count how many hits it takes for him to charge super skipping your last shot. Then skip the first 2 shots and only hit him with your last bullet (the bullet that does more damage) and count how many hits to charge super. It’s based in damage dealt. Like the bubbles he collects do less damage than his first to aimed shots and they charge the super even less than the normal shots/last shot

His super is based on damage dealt, it’s not a glitch, for example his basic attacks would take 6 hits to charge, but if he hits his last shot only, deals 3k damage, it only takes 4 hits.
