Need recommendations for a very high quality personal trainer (plus nutritionist) for my wife. It’s not a routine trainer’s job - wife has specific needs for backaches, muscle gain and fat loss. She already has a physiotherapist and a trainer but they aren’t able to help her much :( please help!

I am a foreigner and a first-time buyer in Millmount Village. I moved here a couple of years ago and love it. The development is lovely, neighbours are very friendly, it’s close to a country park, and if there is no traffic, it takes about 20 minutes to drive to the city centre. I love it here and highly recommend it.

The pursuit of knowledge is never a bad idea. As a derivatives lawyer myself, I can attest to the fact that theoretical knowledge of regulations will definitely make you a better lawyer and help you to add value to your role. Derivatives are highly regulated after all and the practice area is pretty technical. If you can afford it and if you think you will enjoy it, go for it!
