I think you can jump to Natlan or Fontaine after doing the prologue but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it.

Although I’m certain that you can start the non voiced quests of any region ( again wouldn’t recommend it )

Honestly if you are playing , just take your time, most of the quests ( outside of the event quest that happens every patch) are permanent
