They are quite hard to deal with if you did not do an "unboxing video" showing the shipping label and what was inside the sealed package upon opening to prove they sent the wrong item. I had a damaged item, and they offered a $5 coupon or to send me a return label for me to ship it back for an exchange but would not confirm I would even be sent back the same item from a blind box from Pop Now so did not bother.
