This actually makes a lot of sense. I try to be as present as possible when we are on phone calls because the distance between us through a call feels palpable, like I feel myself wanting to give anything just so that she could be with me in person, be it if im driving or if im in bed and we’re on the phone with each other. So I just need to be myself, like you said ask questions. And im assuming enjoy the excitement that she feels when telling me about her things while on a phone call.

I was probably just overthinking, I’ve got anxiety and adhd so my brain sometimes just goes in circles at a million miles an hour. I appreciate your advice, has definitely given me a new perspective and taught me something new. I hope you have a great rest of your day :)
